No Refund & Photo Rights Policy

At Hannah Heart Studios, I take great pride in the time, creativity, and care that goes into every photography session. My goal is always to create a positive experience and deliver beautiful images that you will treasure.

Please note that all sales are final and I maintain a no refund policy. This applies whether or not a written contract has been signed. If I have photographed your session or event in any capacity, payment is considered final and non-refundable.

Additionally, all images captured by me are considered my intellectual property. This means that I retain full copyright and ownership of every photo I take. Clients are granted personal usage rights for sharing, printing, and enjoying their photos, but I reserve the right to use my work for professional purposes, including but not limited to portfolio display, marketing, and social media.

While refunds are not offered, I am committed to working with my clients to ensure they are satisfied with their experience and final images. My priority is to make sure you feel heard, supported, and happy with the memories we’ve captured together.
